The past week has provided many challenges for our school and community as we combined to address the aftermath of the recent weather bomb that hit our region. On behalf of the Brooklyn School staff, students and Board of Trustees I would like to extend a huge thank you to all of those kind and supportive people who joined with us as we worked to clean the mess that confronted us last Wednesday morning. We feel very humbled by the wonderful generosity shown to us during these days and we thank all of you for your time and energy, donations of food and equipment and messages of support. We could not have achieved this cleanup without you.
Our thoughts and best wishes go to our neighbours within our community who are also dealing with the many challenges associated with this event.
Our students are smiling and back into learning here at Brooklyn School.
